KRKL is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Bucharest, Romania. The studio was founded by five friends from different backgrounds with a common interest in creating artistic and functional pieces that focus inspiration from environments and ideas that are dear to each of us.
Our mission is to design and innovate through thoughtful, well-crafted solutions as a foundation for products that can satisfy the need for bold aesthetics beyond current mass-market trends.<\/p>

Our work is driven by experimentation. We work with different materials and techniques, like clay modeling and 3D printing to create physical products. The strengths of each material we explore embolden us to bring to life new ideas based on unconventional and sometimes complimentary approaches.<\/p>

Right now, our focus revolves around the familiar and functional things that we all might need in our homes. Often overlooked because they\u2019re considered mundane, our studio reimagines them as colorful and effervescent, a focal point of the spaces they\u2019re integrated with. We believe that great design can shine through not only grand gestures, but also through small details that can change the way we see and interact with our surroundings.<\/p>

At present, we are focusing on the things that are familiar and functional, for the which I could possibly need, all in our own homes. Listed in the general order that they are considered to be ordinary members of our team you reimagineaz\u0103 as being a colorful and sparkling, the focal point of the spaces in which they are embedded. We believe that great design works not only through grand gestures, but also the little detail that can change the way we see and interact with the surrounding environment.<\/p>

Our products are produced in-house, in small batches or made to order, which gives us full control on the manufacturing process and quality of each product.
